VND, a rise of 176 billion VND, equivalent to an increase of 7.4%. At
the same time, the number of resumed enterprises in 2022 were 76
enterprises, an increase of 17 enterprises, corresponding to an increase of
28.8% over the same period in 2021. This was a positive signal showing
a recovery in production and business activities of enterprises after a long
time being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

In addition to the increased number of enterprises entering the
market, in 2022 the number of enterprises dissolved and temporarily shut
down also increased sharply over the same period, particularly, 110
enterprises dissolved, gaining an increase of 37 enterprises compared to
that in the same period in 2021; 105 enterprises registered to temporarily
shut down, increasing by 21 enterprises compared to that in the same
period in 2021. The inefficient operation of enterprises and the impact of
the COVID-19 pandemic were the causes leading to the cease of the
enterprises; some enterprises decided to dissolve after long-term affected
                        by the COVID-19 pandemic.

                            5. Agriculture, forestry, fishery and rural development

The Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's
Committee focused on directing and accelerating the implementation of
programs and projects on restructuring of crops and livestock production,
particularly focused on implementing the organic agriculture
development project, the specialty paddy production development
project, the cattle raising development project in the province period of
2022-2025, implementing safety production models, organic production,
product consumption association, taking measure to mitigate and
response to drought, saltwater intrusion and disease prevention and
control on crops and livestock. Accordingly, the agricultural, forestry and
fishery production in the province witnessed a stability with the
epidemics on crops and livestock under control.

                            5.1. Agriculture
