realized investment capital in the non-state sector and foreign direct
investment (FDI) capital, because in 2022, some wind power projects
with large total investment were implemented in the province. The
realized investment capital in the province at current prices in 2023
preliminarily reached 22,576.45 billion VND, including the following
sources: state capital 8,276.42 billion VND (accounting for 36.62%),
non-state capital 14,278.78 billion VND (accounting for 63.25%), FDI
capital 30.25 billion VND (accounting for 0.13%).
4.2. Construction
The plan to implement investment in construction of locally-
managed state budget capital in 2023 increased compared to that in 2022.
Construction enterprises in the province had undertaken the construction
of most of the works and projects funded by the state budget, so
construction activities had increased; the household sector’s investment

8.37% over that in the same period last year.
5. Enterprise development situation
In 2023, the province's business development did not meet
expectations with a lower growth rate than that in 2022. The number of
newly registered enterprises in 2023 reached 400 (down 10% compared
to that in 2022) with newly registered capital of 2,730 billion VND (up
8.3% over that in the same period); the number of resumed enterprises
was 92 (up 21.1% over that in the same period). On the other hand, the
number of dissolved enterprises was 104 (down 3.1% over that in the
same period); the number of temporarily suspended enterprises was 139
(up 32.4% over that in the same period). On average, 41 enterprises
